Spraying Oil from Exhaust?!

Having problems with cold starts these days and noticed some oil sprayed from the exhaust on the floor today. What's causing this and is it a problem?

Smells like gas...I'm hoping it's just condensation.

yea i get a bunch of black s*** out my tailpipe when driving sometimes, its just from running rich and not having a cat....i wouldn't worry about it.

carbon build up and condensation....plus running rich blowing out a little gas...couple probabilities

Yup, the cause of running very rich.. notice the black crap by the grass.. it was blowing out my exhaust but unfortunately before I could get a good photo, the wind blew.
