I don't think it's a gap. It's one of the door seal protection, which protect you against scratching other cars when you open the door.

the gaps you see aren't gaps he or she had those door protectors on the doors..

although i left him or her a note on the windowshield and told him about this forum, and told him about the tx wide meet that is comming up in march. so maybe we'll see him or her on here soon...lol
