still wondering about the size of the core itself? It appears to be a little small (for the price of it....), I mean, the larger the surface area, the more area heat has to exchange. The thicker the core, the more effective cooling/ cm of thickness. any reason why you guys didn't go with a little bigger core?
Also, will you guys be doing consecuative dyno runs to show where the heat saturation point is? This will determine where the I/C becomes heat soaked. I am still a little bit worry about the heat soak problem. If the core is smaller and it will hit heat soak much sooner.
Seems to me the position of the end tanks does not allow for uniform charge distribution across the core, which in effect makes the system less effective.
When looking @ the front of the car w/ the kit installed, the two pipes are lower then the tow hooks. A lot of parking blocks already can scrape a tow hook. So I am worry about the clearance problem since the intercooler/pipes will be the first thing that touch the obstacles, and it may wear out or destroy the piping over time.
