Hello everyone
I have been out of town for the recent s2000 event this past weekend in OBX.
While I was gone Norman stripped a car down and began fitting one of our kits to the car.
As many of you may know we have had some fitment issues regarding our dumptubes, intakes and some bolts.
We have currently redesigned the intake shortening it up a bit and the dumptube. We test fitted both of these items along with many other things that had issues and adressed them. Currently we have some parts that we are waiting on for that are on order for these newly designed peices.
I would like to sincerely apologize to those people that have kits and have been waiting for these parts. We are working hard to resolve these issues and they will be resolved soon. Once we get the parts in we will immeditley ship them out to waiting customers.
We are on here alot and try to work with this community in regards to getting a smooth running kit and a product that everybody is satisfied with. Many customers can attest to that, I graciously have given many customers my personal cell# & helped customers on my days off to resolve any issues. I dont believe in shutting any one out or leaving somebody stranded with such a substantial product like our turbo kits
We are currently have a large backorder and will be moving to Richmond permantly to a larger facility June 1st this year. Unfortunatly this will slow us down a bit but we are slowing things down drastically and working hard to insure that we have no more fitmment issues with the above mentioned items. i.e Quality vs Quantity.
Unfortunatly at this current time we are unable to fill in all orders because of the unexpected volume of business we have recieved recently.
I assure everyone that we will get everybody up and running soon and to those customers on our waiting list thank you for your business and patience
