awesome. .. hmm. . that's weird though. . i would think that would be like an insufficient flow code since it would be blowing the gases in there.. .well i guess it would be more than an insuf flow code from plugging the pipe

okay first big problem I have an 02 ES 5 spd if that makes a dif but anyway the downpipe from the turbo won't fit because of the coolant return hose from the radiator we removed the hose to try to make it fit but the actual metal pipe that it goes over is too close? the only option I see is a new piece but really don't want to do that does someone make a new piece or whats up?

got that figured out thnx to adam but if any of you have the wiring diagram for a voltage clamp be very thankful oh and all of you spoolers out there any issues you see me having would be of great help thnx

I was looking at my brother in law's 97 626 and the return on his fs-de is turn towards the a/c compressor....instead of downward..it's towards the left...

Ok well its been an interesting install. Part of the joy of buying used though everything that would be hard to replace is there just lil things like bolts, and vacuum lines. That and we had to custom make the pipe to get to the intake but we are almost out of the woods. Just have to install the gauges hook up all the vacuum lines have to buy more T fittings tomorrow for that, and it should be done. Hopefully :)

Turbo In Wideband Going Nuts Scared!!!

ok all on not working right though
first off just like to say I'm working off partial instructions only told me how
to tap the oil line everything else I've put together how it made sense to me
and looked alot on the net so plz no flaming just a newb making due as well as I can

1. I start it up I had the boost controller turned all the way down.
2. The AEM wideband does its lil warm up thing then goes to 17.1 AFR then
if I tap the throttle it jumps from 17.1 all the way down to 10.0 and everywhere in between.

I did combine the wiring from the 2 stock narrowbands I believe they are so that 1 could feed the cpu the info for 2 it thinks I hope anyway

ok to double check my install I have the boost gauge tied into the vacuum source off the manifold
I have the vacuum looking line out from the turbo connected to the in from the boost controler and the out going to the in on the side of the turbonetics deltagate2 and I have a vacuum source connected to the top of the turbonetics deltagate2

I have the vortech FMU connected to the line thats supposed to dump into the fuel tank with a high pressure injector line and then the other connection runs to the tank

I wired the 02 voltage clamp thing in and followed the instructions and the vacuum line doesn't apear to be bent so I should be good
