Spool RAISING Springs?

I got my spools installed on my msp over 5 weeks ago. Since day 1, the front is slammed, looks real nice, VERY low with the wheel tucking inside the fender. The back.... Looks like as much wheel gap as my sisters stock ES protege!!! Is this normal!!?? Any ideas?? Were they put on backwards!?!?!? Am i alone!?!?

Depending on when you got yours, you might have gotten the bad batch.
