Spool Front mount for the MSP

I have someone lined up for next month...we have been real busy with other projects. Once its done I will let ya'll know

I thought about getting mine relocated, but then when I thought about the size of it, it would look pretty wierd. Not to mention that i would have to pay someone to do it...I'm not one to half-ass something on my car, especially if it's gonna need to be replaced. I figure, if it's gonna cost me money, I should do it right the first time. I couldn't believe the prices of the intercoolers i found from HKS and GReddy. I knew they were expensive, but they didnt even come with piping. At least the Spoolin one is complete(well, almost).

spoolin, could you also ballpark us maybe a kit that has the IC, all neccesary piping, as well as replacement piping for the stock plastic stuff?

great idea SLug. i really really want some nice polished hardpipes with a flange for my new BOV. i've got a thread going about a guy who's having his friend do him some stuff up for our cars. possible group buy. which sounds great and all but in reality i've been thinking that at some point i'm going to get the front mount anyways so the pipes that work with the stock intercooler only are going to be useless. i'd be more than willing to spend the money if i hadn't of heard anything about the spoolin FMIC. may just have to start saving pennies.

hey Spoolin, any word yet on how this will effect the ECU? any increase in boost that may throw things off?

As far as upgrading the stock units, I can do that...somebody send me the stock pipes and I can easily replicate them....plus that lucky person gets a hard pipe kit for free;)

i know this is post is all about a FMIC, but are there any updates on that $100 spoolin intake???? i know i might be annoying but i dont think the subject has come up for a while...
