spoiler painting prices

so the car i bought has some paint issues limited to the hatch spoiler, anyone have any idea how much painting would be? it looks like clear coat peel but its smooth so i think the problem is with the paint underneath the clear coat. ill post pics tomorrow if i am not worn out too much after work.

It has bubbles in one part but all of it is still smooth like the paint around it just looks bad anything i can do? Or professional needed?

took it off and dropped it at a local shop $50 out the door so im happy

it is my family knows them and they use dupont paint, he showed me the paint he used when picked it up
