What does your lawyer charge you for stuff like that?? I've had the issue come up where I almost asked mine to accompany me to court, but seemed like overkill for a somple traffic ticket.

He does not charge me a thing, he is a family friend.

wow.. that's great that you fought them. I have had 4 speeding tickets in my Honda... all in different states while i make my way to Canada. It HAS NOT showed up on my insurance. I have, however, learned to slow down. ONE PROBLEM... i think my new little MP5 will be hard to hole back.

I have been issued 6 speeding tickets in my life and not one of them has ever gone onto my license.

My secret? First of all I contest everything, ask for proof of radar calibration, show up for court looking neat and professional, and I have a great lawyer.
