I tried doing a search but I need to know right now, PLEASE.....I'm currently running from the Cobb AP Stage 2+SF 93 Octane with Cobb intake and downpipe with cat-back exhaust. Want to upgrade the spark plugs to run with this set-up. Can someone one please advise me. Thanks !!!!

1-Step Colder plugs are recommended I believe. I personally have the Denso Iridiums, got them from SU. Come pre-gapped.

off the LIE. google maps Douglaston Shopping Center or Douglaston Plaza, theres a models, bk, toys r us in the center if any of those shops pop up

What advice do you guy shave on upgrading plugs? My mods are CAI, TBE and BPV. IS updating the plugs really necessary here? I was told yes, but after researching I see its only really necessary when you're going Stage II+.

Blake_peanut: True TBE with high flow downpipe will produce about 2 more pounds of boost under load, especially if you are catless. Even with cats, you'll probably see more boost under WOT in the higher gears. Do you have a boost gauge and is that what you are seeing?

If your boost is above stock level, that's reason to go one step colder, IMHO. With your mods you should be about 40 whp above stock (maybe a few ponies less if you have cats). This is right at the border line for one step colder plugs. Could probably go either way.

Some might say stay with stock heat range. All I can say is that my mods are much like yours except that I am sticking with the stock BPV because it does not leak. I went one step colder and it seems to be working well for me. I'm getting some extra protection against detonation and not fouling, even after putting more than 10,000 miles on the new plugs.

Check my sig for mods and for the plugs I run. NGK's do have to be regapped down to .030 (the gap comes way too big) but all plugs should be checked and adjusted anyway. No biggie. Just get the wire gauge/gapping tool. It's cheap.

If you have a stop watch, time your 60-100 mph runs before and after changing plugs. I think you'll hold timing advance a bit better when you romp it and see a little performance gain with one step colder plugs.

One thing to add to MSMS3's post. Step colder plugs are necessary in higher boost applications. while your mods do raise your boost, how often you get to that high boost level makes a difference. I track my car in the summer months and in winter its a daily that just putters around town. So i swap back and forth every season. The reason for this is colder plugs will foul if not exposed to high heat often.
