Spark plug questions

I was considering buying Denso ITV22's soon and was wondering about gaping them. They come pre gaped to .30-.32 and some people say you should change it for using the AP. How do you measure this? And how do you change the gap?

You can get a spark plug gapper from any auto parts store for just a few dollars. I had the 22's in my car the first time it was modded and will put them in when I put all my new parts on again. I had mine gapped at .28 and they worked great.

be very careful using a standard plug gapper on those. You run the risk of scraping off some of the iridium coating. I dont know much about the AP,but when i got my plugs in they were right on spec for gapping.
