Software Tweak for Touchscreen-in-Motion? 2026 CX-5 (GCC Spec) | Firmware 11004

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for help with the new infotainment system on my 2026 Mazda CX-5, recently delivered in Saudi Arabia (GCC Spec).
The vehicle is running the latest 7th-gen hardware (Google built-in platform) but has the touchscreen restricted while the vehicle is in motion. Unlike some North American models that have a native toggle, this option appears to be missing or locked in my regional firmware.
System Data:
  • Model: 2026 Mazda CX-5 (Saudi Arabia / GCC)
  • System Software: 11004
  • Gracenote Database: 1.1.1.02325

I have searched through Settings > Connectivity Settings, but the "Touchscreen in motion" toggle is completely absent from the menu. It seems this restriction is hardcoded for the Middle East (ADF/4A/GEN) region.
What I'm looking for:
  1. Is there a specific "ADF" (GCC-specific) software update or patch that officially adds this toggle back to the menus?
  2. Are there any known Service Menu codes or diagnostic overrides (similar to the old Mute+Music+Favorites trick) that work on the 11xxx series firmware?
  3. Has anyone successfully used a USB-based script to modify the LVDS speed lockout on this specific version?
I want to avoid hardware "bypass" modules if possible and prefer a software-based solution. Any advice from those familiar with the newer system architecture would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
