Soft Top Installation - Did the shop do it RIGHT?

I own a 2004 MSM and I got a Robbins 2961 professionally installed by a local shop but I have air leaking into the car at speed and hitting the back of my ears (scratch). Before I go back to them, I wanted to run some other concerns I had with the installation by you folks so that I can get it all fixed in one go .

Attached are three pictures and I have commented on the pictures too for clarification. Below are my concerns:

1. Picture1: On the original, I remember the cloth going under (behind) Bow #3. But in the new installation, the shop took it in front (over) Bow #3. How it is actually supposed to be installed?

2. Picture2: The picture shows the passenger side. The metal railing can be clearly seen from outside the car and again, I do not remember seeing it in the original installation (but I could be wrong). Is it correctly installed or should the cloth be in front of the metal strip?

3. Picture3: Only Bow #3 has wrinkles . I was hoping for a perfect installation at least when its brand new. Should I go back to the shop and insist on them getting it right ? Do you have any suggestion on what may be the problem here?

All you input will be immensely valuable for me .

ROBBINS Update

Below is the official reply I received from Robbins:

"The following information should resolve the issues with your Robbins top.

Picture1: The listing panel should be routed above Bows 3 and 4. (The bows should be exposed).

Picture2: Regarding The metal railing can be clearly seen from outside the car.

Please see attached B-Pillar photo taken at a angle to better show the exposed metal. This is a normal installation (2962 top on our car).

Picture3: Only Bow #3 has wrinkles. The wrinkles may go away simply by letting the car sit in the sun for a day or two. Alternatively; after resolving the listing panel installation, ask the installer to lightly steam the exterior of the top, along the bow.

Thank you for using Robbins products,
"

I should have got the same top as you instead of the 2916 (one piece)

It doesn't exactly suit my roll bar :(

When dropping the roof down the window just hits the roll bar which requires a bit of effort to get it sitting on the parcel shelf even then I don't think it sits flat
