Okay, just to give you guys and girls a heads up, this is going to sound pretty dang wierd to use the product that I used. It's called Penetrol and i've never heard of anyone on the M247 community using it before, but on the Jeep forum i'm on, it's like the little known secret. It's a paint additive to take out brush marks when painting walls. I said screw it, might as well try it cause if it doesnt work i was planning on buying new headlights anyways. well, it took me like 10 minutes to paint the stuff on and buff/work it in with 2 of those 3in. foam paint brushes and here's the results...

not a problem! like i was thinking the entire time before and during the process "this really isnt going to do anything, or it'll fade in 5 minutes like other products do" but nope! still fade free and damn they really do look good. i need to resize the pics from my camera and i'll put those up too (the one's up there are from my cell). but the ones on my camera are close ups so you can see that at very close, it isnt perfectly like new, but damn, it made a hell of a difference

did not try that one...lol but i think most people would want to stay away from that, one drop on your paint and bye bye that section it lands on. good thing about the penetrol is that it is quite thick and didnt run at all

you know what i've heard brake fluid messes up your paint, but i have yet to experience that, i've even spill'd it on my bike gas tank which is all paint and just wipe'd it and it didn't even scar it. i guess you can't let it sit on there for more than a few seconds. i tell you what though, i burns likes s*** when its on you hands, even for a second...

lol you got that right, and that same burning feeling with be basically what it does to your paint if you do let it sit for any amount of time. i've personally seen the damage it can cause and its basically what it sounds like it does. but day 2 of the penetrol and it still looks the same. i'll be washing my jeep this weekend and i'll see if it causes any problems or not. but as of now, i'm DAMN happy for a $9 product lol
