Smoked a GS-R today

haha thought I'd just let u all know that I smoked an Acura GS-R today...The slaughter occured on highway 80 (all the snowboarders that go to Lake Tahoe should know what I'm talkin about)...its a pretty windy road and that GS-R had nothing no me in the corners!!! There was also '01 328i and '92-'95 Civic hatchback but they got dusted off the start! Oh, if u guys think I'm makin this up, I had witnesses! (my friend was in the back in his accord) Hahaha that was my highlight of the day! Just though i'd share!

The FOS (full of s***) flag goes up in my opinion.

I owned a 99 GS-R. Heavily modified it, then bought a Type-R and did the same. A GS-R will kick the P5's ass in any condition (including snow and rain) by any klutz of a driver.

Maybe you smoked them cuz they were just laughing at you. "What the hell is he thinking?" I love my P5, but you have to get back to reality. Our car handles and looks good and all, but gimme a break. It's not that quick!

Just to let you know, I also smoked my friend in a 1996 Honda Prelude. That would be misleading if I didn't tell you anything else right? What if I also told you that it was a girl who is still learning how to drive stick? Totally different story isn't it now?

but dusting a 328i... no. I drive my parent's '01 328i all the time and, as much as I love p5s, I am absolutly positive it would murder a protege5 if they were racing. Your story reminds me of all those damn civics that THINK they're racing someone but aren't.

If i'm not mistaken, i think he said in the CORNERS. But if the table turns to where they were running them through straight line performance, then it's not even a comparison (Maybe if Auto) but definately doubt that. but still need all the details man.

Are you sure it was a 328i?? If I'm not mistaken they come with a 193hp and are made with an RWD Inline 6.

It was probably a 318ti

hey I raced a 740i and it was prety much even, then he beat me by a wheel, and then we raced agian and I did infact (litalary) dust him in the twisties, I'm not sure of his skills but I was pretty proud of myself.

sorry bro before i went turbo i had a tough time catching up to gs-r's but now i do them like nothin and a 328i are fast but they are also very heavy i keep up w/ my freinds 330ci his s*** is fast! thats my experience thought i share that! i need to see pics or a movie...

Hey guys give him some credit the GS-R might have had bad fuel injectors. Maybe lost compression in a piston and had a bad clutch. And maybe just maybe he had a gerbal crawl into his intake. Hey I've raced a GSr in my Mp3 and lost by like a car and a half and that was an automatic!!!

the MP3 would lose that bad to a auto(GS-R) i thought it would be a close race even though it is an auto, but still those GS-R's are pretty damm fast.
