Smoke from exhaust

So been gone for a month for work and finally got back to my baby this weekend. I had a question for you all which prob has been covered but saw different reviews online. I've had a very slight white smoke on cold starts, barely visible but its there. I do have a header in there which removed one cat and also sprayed an internal manifold heat coating inside of it. Im thinking it could possibly be a combo of those two things, since the spray was a gray color. Maybe its getting burned off inside or maybe I truly have an engine problem at this point. IDK running up to 185 miles and its a possibility. Ive read online it could be due to coolant getting into combustion chamber but wouldnt i see a loss of coolant then? I am loosing oil pretty quickly, maybe 1/2 a quart a week or so and thats on 10-30. What have you guys experienced? Is this something I should really be worried about? And if so how much time or miles would I have left on the engine?

A little bit of white smoke is normal on cold starts, its just vapor from condensation

If you want reassurance do a compression test. Smell coolant for exhaust fumes, or check for milky ness in the oil

As far as oil burning change the pcv valve it may help if it doesn't I'm sure you've waisted $3 on more useless stuff. Mine burned about the same amount for 2 years, only reason it died was because my fiance didn't like to check or ad oil and it spun a bearing. Still lasted 3 weeks runing 75-80 on interstate for an hour at a time twice a day

just condensation from cold start. the cat, muffler, and pipes are cold, engine combustions off from cold start...it happens. As long as it's just wispy, doesn't smell like oil or coolant, and disappears, you're fine.
