You know, I've always wondered if it would really do that. The argument has been that if you have one stiff mount, then the engine motion will pivot on that mount and place more stress on the others. But I can't see how it would increase the forces on the other mounts, because without the stiff mount, the engine would likely move even more in all directions, meaning more force on the other mounts. So I can see where he's coming from when he says that having the new front mount will help protect the others.
