Ski Rack Problems

Being that dumbass that I am, when I took off my ski rack a while back, I busted the two front bolts by turning the ratchet the wrong way. Now the lower half of them is stuck inside the roof rack its self. Would I be able to fix this problem myself? How can I fix this and how much is it going to cost?

NO!

Ok easy way to do it. You can drill a small hole in the center of them and use a reverse threaded drill bit, or the easy outs you can buy at sears, sometimes homedepot, and lowes. They kind of look like drill bits but have more of a twist. Most of the time you still have to drill a hole to get them bit to dig in enough to twist it back out. Question. Are you able to get to the other side of the nut the bolt broke off into? If so take another screw and just screw it in and it should back the broken one right out. If none of this works drill the whole thing out and retap the hole itself.
