So im planning on improving my 03 sedans appearance. I picked up a p5 that was wrecked and was able to save the side skirts. They seem to fit but not sure. Anyone put these on a sedan. If so can i put them on without drilling holes in my body like adhesive?

Scotch outdoor double sided tape worjed great on my msp lip. You should poke your head under to see if the underside has holes for the clips. You will def have to use tape on the sides.

There are holes that run all down the rockers, you would have to drill the holes to install the clips for them. Not really a huge deal if you don't plan on removing them, lots of people have done this before. MSPs and MP3s come with the skirts.

Yeah my sedan is a dx or lx not sure so it doesnt have the holes in the rocker. I also saved the clips for the skirts but i just hate the thought of drilling holes in my body. But i would also hate to have a side skirt fly off while im going 120 down the freeway, which isnt all that often but you get the point. So i guess what im really asking is if anyone has had any luck fastening skirts with tape or glue? If so what brand aside from the scotch tape haha. Seriously thanks for the recomendation Valk

The tape I'm talking about is designed to hold mail boxes to brickwalls ect. So its not really "scotch tape" lol. The skirt has one physical anchor you can use in the front fender. You can drill the holes in the rocker for sure. Just dry fit the skirt and sharpie where the clip wants to go. Get new clips cause you prob broke some fishing off the p5.
I wouldbt glue it in case you wanted to paint it down the road.
I use the scotch brand adhesive to hold my $250 electronics to my rc cars that corner at 60mph. I always need a pry of some sort to pull the parts off when remounting heh.
Shoegoo is also sticky as phuc to a well prepared surface but I'd want a physical anchor at the extreme ends minimum.

I've used shoegoo to repair urathane parts that have torn. It is quite effective.

Okay well it looks like ill give the "scotch tape" a try before i start drilln away. If i do decide to drill the holes I'll try do a little write up with some pics. Oh and i meant no offense with the scotch tape remark. Thanks for the help guys. Pretty stoked with getting active on the forum

i dont take offense. the brand was kind of a surprise to me myself as i was looking for industrial 3m stuff. they also have a double sided tape/foam that works quite well. definitely make sure both side of the mate are as clean as possible. clean with alcohol ect. ect. use the push peg on the front fender where the wheel well attaches. id prob drill the rear most clip on the bottom, but the tape will work perfectly well for the middle of the skirt and where it meets the doors. good luck with it. ill be doing this to my wifes esgt shortly as well. she is getting a full msp body treatment.

that stuff does work quite well. just be very very patient if you try to remove it.
