Shutter when shutting off.

Just like is says. Is this normal. Just when I turn off the car the engine just sounds like like its shuttering.

Hard to say without any audio/video clips, but when I shut my engine off, there is no shudder, vibration, or otherwise bothersome noise, etc. It just shuts down quietly & smoothly.

Has this been going on for a long time, or is it just recent? Bad gas can cause rough idling, difficult starts/stops, etc. Water or contaminants in the gas can do it.

If it has ben going on for a while, it's probably not bad gas. You'd probably want to give a detailed description of exactly what happens, whether it is every time or intermittent, what mods you have, etc.

mods include just the a ms cai. I'll get a soundclip when i get a chance. This has been going on for a couple months now. It just doesn't sound good. It drives fine and all. I get a hicup in 5th gear sometimes. Which I am a little worried about, but thats for another thread I guess. haha. But it shuts off hard. I feel it through the car. I don't know if I can really describe it that well. I'll get a sound clip when I get a chance.
