anyone know how tenzo-r seats are... safety-wise and comfortability. I really like the way those look but I'm not going to sacrifice safety and comfortability if I get them.

A friend of mine has a set of them. They are quite possibly the most uncomfortable racing seats I have ever sat in. They are not for big guys either. I am 6'3" / 225lbs. It was too tight in the legs and the shoulders.

what is a good seat for my fat ass to fit in? Waist size of about 40? anything that would still be comfortable for my giant ass?

Yeah the A4 wide seats are what I am looking into right now. They are safe, high quality seats and for the price you really can't beat them.

after that i don't think I'll be getting those either. I'm 6'3" with a 32-33 inch waist so you think the regular corbeau seats would be fine? those seem the best imho unless I can catch a deal on some black/grey torinos

A buddy of mine has some in his WRX. Regular A4's in the back and wide in the front. You can tell a difference. I am a 36 waist and the regular's are perfect. My buudys a 42 so thats why the wides are in front. Plus I dont know if the wides will fit in the back cause of door. Im getting the regulars. Corksport has got some I beleive.

Now that I think of it. You think there could be a fitment issue with the wide seats up front? I believe I have heard people experiencing seats hitting the b-frame and with the wide seats that only increases the odds of that happening.

I agree. It all just comes down to how much you are able to spend. Seats get expensive after you add the costs of brackets.

Sparco Torino with Sparco base, adapters and brackets ( have to get all 3 parts of the mounting hardware)

Most comfortable seat ever. Great support and long drives are great. I have a 38 waist, 5'9", and 210lbs. Fit like a glove. It sits a bit taller than the stock seats right now, but the brackets and adapters have 3 height positions in which to mount the seat in. So take your pick. I'm in the middle height position.

By the way..who's interested in buying ONE set of Sparco 4 point harness? Blue in color.

Thank you for posting the single seat setep. I've been wondering how it would look, and it doesn't look out of place at all. I have always thought that there was no need for a passenger racing seat since I don't drive too hard with passengers anyways.
