Should I buy this Mazda?

Hi, I am new to Mazda, and considering buying a Mazda 3. The dealer quoted 10K for a 2008 Mazda 3 with 22K miles, VIN

JM1BK32G281110584

says there's no major problems with the car and still under warranty. Please advise! Is that a good price, and if you have access to VIN reports, do you see any problems with the car? dealer says it's former rental, but it's a manual transmission? thanks
