its loaded...but either way I'm getting it. It is my project car and I've always wanted a Turbo II. Its only a series 4(zenki), but oh well.
To be honest, I don't think it needs a new hatch. Very TINY bubbles. I just seem to notice every little imperfection. The body is in great shape and I was impressed at how clean the engine bay was. The interior needs some work but I was planning on converting the whole interior to black anyway. The paint I have a feeling just needs some attention and will come back to a nice shine. I like the car though. Oh plus it has never been in an accident and it only has had one owner. The guy even has the original window sticker and pretty complete records of any servicing done on the car.Signal 2 said:If the paint bubbled around the back window, you may need another hatch. Just depends on how bad it is. The faded paint must be a characteristic of the FC. There's a woman who lives near me who has had her FC since it was new. The car is in excellent shape otherwise and very low mileage (only about 50k), but the paint is faded badly. I bet a good detail shop could make it look good again, maybe avoid the cost of a complete refinish.
All this talk about FCs....I'd love to find a nice 10th Anniversary.
