I'm not one for budget mods, but i just cut mine with a plumbers pipe cutter, inked the fiberglass ends black and put a small smooth dab of silicon on the end. Looks good, and still functions just fine. FREE

Here's the Xelderex shorty antenna installed. The normal antenna is 3 times as long. I do lose some reception, but that's more due to me living in the middle of nowhere (and away from most radio towers) than anything else. Add to that the fact that I have the 6 CD changer and I really don't mind!

It'd seem Internet Explorer has suddenly decided to stop displaying any windows that pop up. Unfortunately, that includes the manage attachments screen. I'm working on a fix now... sorry

Yeah it's a great new look. I'm hoping that most people won't notice it and try to rip it off (I do teach at a high school). But for the money I think the craftsmanship and size are great.
