Shop recc's in the Brighton, MA area

My son just moved to Brighton, MA- drives a well cared for P5. He thinks his clutch is wearing out- car has about 65K miles.

I've seen a couple of recomended speed shops, but I'm thinking just a good independent shop that would look at his car and give him an honest quote is what he needs. Guessing around $1000-1200 parts and labor would be a good ballpark number for a clutch & PP replacement if it comes to that?

i have a great shop that i've been doing business with for over 25 yrs, but they are on the south shore...maybe worth the 30 min drive if he doesn't have any other options. american care car in brockton on rte 123 (belmont st) ask for bob or john tell them mark foster sent you.
