Can anyone recomend what is the best cheapest way to ship tires and wheels? Any idea on prices or which shipping service to use for best rates? Thanks for the input.

Probably UPS Ground. Just measure the box dimensions and weight, call UPS, FedEx, and DHL and ask how much from you to the destination to compare prices. Or go to one of their stores.
