Just wanted to know wat are the shiftiing points for a 2003 p5 w/ sportshift ...

wat rpms do you guys suggest ?

thanks

for example on tight turns i usually shift down and wait till i'm out of the turn and accelarate and then shift up ... but dont really know the shift points ... i jsut do it out of feel.

what u should do on tight turns is break and downshift b4 the turn starts, midway through the corner (the apex) with the rpms high, maybe 4k, accelerate and u will come out of the corner with speed, if u accelerate too early, u could understeer, and too late and there will be no speed

remember that after 6k rpm, the FS engine has no power....

FS-DE, it's the engine found in your protege 5, my sedan, and every MSP and MP3 out there

it's just an engine code, like the honda b series engine, or the preludes h22, or the nissnas SR22 (i think)

not trying to be an ass or anything but i thought msp had the FS-DET for the code. =P

actually(though check w/ the msp guys) its just plain old fs-de no "t" like nissan uses.
