No, Shelby is the one DOING the suing.

Shelby has sued some kit car makers. The "new" Shelbys are just a retromod of the early fastbacks (in GT350 and GT500 versions) with new technology (nothing more than many people are doing, other than an autograph on a dashboard and overpricing.)

As far as the new 2007 Shelby (SVT Cobra really), a 700 pound diet and that car would be bad ass. It is too heavy to play with a Vette.
