Shark fin antenna hit garage door

My CX-5 shark fin antenna hit garage door. As shown in the attached photo, there is little damage to the antenna. But it seems loose now. Do I need to fix it?

I would say yes. If the seal between the roof and the antenna has been compromised, you might get water leaking into the roof when it rains. Stop by the dealer and see if they can take a look - maybe they'll be able to repair it fairly quickly. They may not even charge you.

Thanks. I just visited dealer. I was told they can take care of it for free if it is just loose issue.

Shark Fin Antenna oops

In my haste, I pressed the garage door button and the garage door stopped before opening full, and when I backed out, my antenna hit the garage door and it is now loose. Does anyone have experience with taking off or reattaching the shark fin antenna?
