Seeking Buying advice for 2022/2023 CX-9 CE, GT, Sig

Hi,

I'm new here. I'm interested to purchase a used/cpo CX9 CE and up. I've driven a rental CX90(I assume base trim) for over 1000 miles. I liked it, but I prefer the older model. I've heard that most of the 2.5T issues are fixed in 22 and 23. I only saw one engine issue in this forum for those model years. Before going to the dealership, I would like to clarify a few things in comparison to CX90. I tried to find this information online, but couldn't.
  • driver's leg/knee room
    • In CX90, my right knee was always pressing against the center console and was uncomfortable. I'm aware that CX9 has good padding for the knee, but is it roomier than CX90?
  • road noise
    • The rental CX90 was loud, a lot of road noise. Engine noise was fine for me. Are the CX9 upper trims quieter when compared to the base CX90?
  • seats
    • I had no issues with CX90 seats. I've heard that CX9 CE has a firmer seat. Are there any differences among trims?
  • dealership support
    • I could be on the road a lot for work(mostly east coast and south). So, in case of any emergency, how's the service? I get that it's tough to estimate, but I assume that some of you had to get emergency work done at other dealerships. For example, I'm from Philly and my ex-Sorento blew the engine on NJ turnpike. I towed it to the nearest dealer and my engine was swapped under warranty.
Thanks in advance for all your advice.

I have not driven a CX-90 yet so I can't compare, but I had a 2018 Signature, and now have a 2022 Kuro (Carbon Edition in Canada). The 2022 is noticeably quieter than my 2018, and quieter than my brother-in law's 2024 Infiniti QX60.

The nappa leather seats in my 2018 Signature were really nice, zero issues in 7 years and 140k kms of driving. The red leather seats in my 2022 Kuro are also really nice, just not quite as nice as the nappa leather. Zero issues with comfort in both cars.
