... thanks to a California driver who thought that zipping around a blind corner in a parking lot at night was a good idea, and had NO IDEA that a car that had already pulled out of a parking space had the right-of-way.

Anyway, my 2003 DX sedan's right rear tail light assembly got trashed. It's held together at the moment with lens tape. I have a replacement part (with a full harness, not just ponytails). I've replaced these on US vehicles before... but:

There are three posts that have nuts on them. I know what to do with a nut.

There is one post that has a funky plastic-looking thingy on it (and my cellphone camera died or I'd show a picture). I don't know:
* how to properly remove that nut-thingy without damaging anything, or
* if it's a one-time-use nut-thingy that has to be replaced

Any video of replacing the whole tail light assembly (so that language barriers, like my not knowing what to call the nut-thingy) would be greatly appreciated... and probably good candidates for a video library here.

I'd REALLY like to get this replacement in place...

the 4th one is snap in so you just have to pop the old one out, snap the new light in , then do up bolts and connect wiring.
