Seat cover recommendations

My wife has a CX5 Sport (only one she could get with a stick) and the kids are killing the cloth seats.

Any recommendations on seat covers? I prefer a "custom" fit. The only tricky thing is that the sport model has a 40/60 rear seat.

Thanks

I have Coverking Cordura Ballistic Custom Seat Covers on the rear. Work great, fit well. All seat belts are still easily accessible.

Here's the ones from my old Protege5. When I traded the car in after 10 years, the seats were still literally like new. They're not cheap, but the seat covers were among the best money I spent on that car. I liked em so much I bought a set for my new 4runner.

Interesting...
I just went to the Coverking website and it looks like their building options for the rears let you differentiate between CX5 models but there does not seem to be any difference in their description of the rear seats, they are all 40/20/40 splits. It might be worth a phone call to them to see if that is correct. Why would you need to select a car model if there is no differences in options?

Very happy w/ my Wet Okole covers also. Fitting the fronts takes a little patience, but otherwise they're great. I recommend the add-on seat back side pockets and optional gun pouches on both fronts. Gives you lots of extra storage.

Another option if you want to spend a little more money is to upgrade your cloth seats to full leather. Check out the Katzkin website (though don't get shocked by the advertised prices; for a CX-5 it's about $1,095, I think, unless you want to go two-tone which is $100 extra).

I have noticed that auto salvage houses are selling the original leather seats from CX-5s. For the back 60-40 you might need to find a shop that wi. Sell you the complete back seat assembly.

I just looked on ebay and a full set of used OEM covers is $200. Complete rear seat is $500

If you're not looking to spend an arm and leg for covers, look into the MODA line by coverking offered through walmart. Each row costs $99 so a full set would be $200. The covers are of thick and durable quality, only thing is they are not waterproof. They are custom made for the cx-5, took about three weeks to get my set of front covers.

How difficult were they to install? I'm planning on only getting front seat covers. What material are they made of? Can you post some pics? Thanks!!!
