Seat alternatives for big guy?

Like I mentioned before, i'm 6'-3" and 315 lbs. What makes most cars challenging for me is that I have 30" inseam, so all my height is in my torso. I have head room issues in most cars, and head rest height issues in some. No problems at all in the speed though.

As a side note, I climbed into a buddies VW scirocco a couple of weeks ago. OMG that car is tiny. It makes me wonder how I drove one for 14 years! Then again mine had a race seat in it and it was mounted darn near on the floor. My helmet still rubbed the hell out of the headliner.

With some velcro we could make this happen

im 6'0 and almost 350 pounds and really dont have any problems. I mean i sit on the bolsters a little but i mean not enough to be uncomfortable.

Yeah I've seen some really large people driving around in this car. I almost feel too small for it at 5'9 / 150lbs, I have like copious amounts of empty space. This car was designed for the typical fat american car enthusists IMO. Having all the empty space is sorta comforting though.

Im 6'-4" 240 pounds... I think the seats are fine the problem might be the suspension. Try seating on the new Evo's Bucket seats you'll see the pain getting in and out of that car...

I'm a skinny dude (6'2", 180), so I have the opposite problem - I'd like the bolsters to hug me a little tighter. Maybe I should hit the cheeseburgers. More fun than the gym.

almost crying, i'm laughing so hard....

dear young skinny guys, heed my warning... at 25, i was 6' 4" and about 200.... solid muscle... now... still muscular, just a few extra pounds.. will still out surf/out paddle most guys... so i could care less.

so laugh it up now. enjoy 'thin guy horsepower' .... and come see me when you are 40... so we can all laugh together! metabolism can be a harsh b****... you'll see! :)
