searched but still confused about alarm

well i just installed a turbo timer...n i want to do the mod that lets u arm the car while its still running. i kow u have to cut the white n blue wire under the rear deck and the orange wire on the alarm module....but whrere is this alarm module loacted at?

It's near or attached to the steering column at the firewall. I's a square module with a white knob to adjust sensitivity.
