Scheduled Maintenence - What needs to be lubed.

I plan to do my own oil changes and maintenance.

I've done the first change. What all needs to be lubed and what do you use? All hinges, what else? Are there any old style grease zerks anywhere?

I usually hit the suspension bushings with a shot of silicone spray.
