if anyone knows how to contact the individual tell him he needs to get on the forums to resolve this problem ASAP or there will be legal action taken for this thievery

I was on vacation and lost my wallet and check book. So I had to put a block on my account sorry for the hastle that this has called you so before you open your ******* mouth about a scammer you dumb **** make sure you get in contact with that person so give me a call today so we can get this problem solved before you go running your ******* mouth. I feel real bad for the check not clearing I only put a stop on my account cause I lost my stuff and I am really sorry. You should have tried to get in touch with me before putting up s*** about a scammer.

Or my uncle might be able to take care of your legal fees that you might get trying to get your money back. i got his cell number and just called him we agreed for him to wire me money through paypal. he will be sending it to me when he gets home around 6 i would assume his time.. sorry that i posted it i need action on it faster then i was getting it i sent you a msg and hadn't heard back so i did everything i could for not having a contact number. the vulgarity isn't needed i sent you a msg with my paypal info i will post up when i recieve and this situation can be taken care of

FYI checks take 10-14 days to properly clear.

sure the bank will deposit the money into your bank immediately (sometimes within 2 days) but it is NOT officially "cleared" for 14 days.

Only exception is if the guy gives you a personal check from the same bank as your own..in this case, 0-3 days and its "clear", depending on the bank.

and if it takes 14 days why would the bank tell you 4-5 days?

Glad you got your money, but You should have resolved this throught personal means, before putting him on blast on the forum.
