So it is that time of year again to start planning the official D3NY BBQ and gathering. All are welcome, we don't discriminate...
This event will be sponsored by D3NY, which means that each member attending will be bringing some sort of goods to the meet, such as food, drink, plates, etc. We do encourage you to also bring a little something yourselves, store bought or home made, whichever is more convenient.
The time :
11am/12pm Start time (or earlier for those early birds or traveling from out of town, someone will be there bright an early to grab our spot)

There are bathroom facilities, grilles for cooking (need charcoal), and activities such as baseball, football etc. so bring your equipment. There even may be an official D3NY volleyball game, depends on availability of a net (if anyone has one, let us know)...
Also please let us know, the amount of guests you are going to bring if they are not posting in this thread, so we can get an accurate head count......
We recommend to bring chairs as tables cannot accommodate everyone.
