Safely waxing/polishing a Vivid Yellow Protege5

Liquid Glass is acually the name of the manufacturer. The suff is truly amazing, it will bring a shine to your car like nothing else. The more you use it, the more the car will shine. It created a protective barrier, kinda like another clear coat. After a couple uses, you just have to wash your car and the shine and lustre is remarkable.

A guy I know bought a 1976 Corvette, he applied liquid glass about once a week for that summer. The previous owner saw the Vette after about 5-6 applications and said that he had NEVER seen the car shine that much.

Check it out @ http://www.liquidglass.com/

Cheers

Now that I see the container it comes in, ive seen it before at Autozone and Pepboys. Is this used in place of wax?

Yeah, it's used in place of wax...I find it's acually better. After a couple of applications, when it rains, the watter beads and just glides of the car.

It's easy to buff off, just use a rag. It doesn't powder like wax, it's almost like it foggs on you car and you wipe it off.

Sounds great! Im about to do the 3-Step system by Meguiars. Maybe ill give this a try. Are their any other steps besides the Liquid Glass that you do?

is it better to wax by hand or use an orbiter to apply wax on a yellow car? reason i am asking is that everybody seems to say the paint is too thin and i wouldn't want to burn it off.
