RX8 Questions

I have a 55 plate RX8 231.

I have a few questions.

1. When I press the boot lid open button on the key or in the car is the boot lid meant to open right up or just open so that you can lift in manually?

2. How do you operate the headlamp washers?

Not sure about the headlight washers since they don't come with those in the states, but I would think the activation would be somewhere on the stalk. There should be a button in the glove box that will defeat the remote trunk open function. This was done so that a valet would not have access to the trunk.

Cheers, I found that the headlamp washers only work with the lights on and you pull the wiper lever twice as if to wash the windscreen.
