Rust Spot on Hatch

Hello all, i've been trying to figure out a way to fix my rust spot. I've gotten a quote at autobody shop for $600 to completely get rid of the rust. They would have to take off the glass and grind off all the existing rust surrounding the glass and repaint the entire trunk. The shop seems to be charging quite a bit, the spot isn't too big, would it be worth the $600?

I have a 07 CWP MS3.
