Rust repair in Louisville

I've been trying to find a good body shop to repair rust on my 98 Protege, but 5 out of the 5 places I've been to either didn't feel up to the task, or simply do not repair rust. Does anybody know of any good body shops (or even somebody working out of their garage) that is willing to repair rust in the Louisville, KY area? Here is the rust in question:

Anybody? I know the obvious risks and expense involved with repairing rust. I'm just looking for a place that has experience with rear quarter panel work.
