There are some more aggressive rotors and pads that are a direct bolt up. You might have fun playing with some pads. You can get some really good sets for 75 bucks a wheel. They will change the feel alot. also there are some decent priced rotors that can get rid of heat better. This might be agood place to start. Some folks have different pads for track days that they swap in. I think we all just want to save you some money and help improve your stopping power from the stockers. Stainless lines are a relatively cheap but real upgrade by improving feel and are usually good for the lifetime. of the car. Good luck Ps what is the price comparison between the Brembo to Rotora

Another vote for new lines, racing fluid and pads. BBKs are 99% eye candy when it comes to 99% of us drivers. The reason you get fade is either the pads or fluid overheat. Get the fluid and slap on a set of Hawk HP/Blues when you are at the track.

I did all of the above after my last track day (two years ago.... *sniffle*), but haven't had the chance to test it out on another track for a number of reasons. On my previous car (GTI 337) I used Hawk Blues at the track and let me tell you, they were PHENOMENAL. Loud, but most race pads are.

Spending $2,000 on something you simply don't need is foolish, IMO. Oh, and stick with either OEM or slotted rotors. Stay away from x-drilled. Another useless gimmick.
