Rim Sizing Help!

Ok I've read all the stuff on fitment recipes and I'm still pretty much lost, so bear with me here!

I have already purchased a set of 205/50R15 Kumho V700 tires and now need to purchase rims.

My *plan* is to buy a set of 15 X 6.5" Rota Slipstreams
They have a 40mm offset and naturally a 5 X 114.3 lug pattern.

Are there any issues with this....should this fit with no issues on my MP3? I know this has likely been discussed before, but I'm still scratching my head so any help is appreciated!

Everything looks kosher EXCEPT for your offset. 40mm is WAY too low. 45 will normally fit, but rub, and 48+ is the way to go.

You should probaby find a 15x7 set of wheels too. Should you ever decide to go all out and put on 225/50 tires on it, the extra width will come in handy.

So is that saying the rims/tires won't fit then?
