Richmond Dragway / VMP

Just called richmond dragway and they are closed. VMP said they are open but I don't know for how long. I can hear thundering outside my window and I live 10 minutes from VMP. I'm guessing they will close too eventually.

Vmp open for now but it's dark skies here Nd Lready lightly sprinkling so hurry if u want to run. Also need to know if we are doing test and tune or street

VMP is not going to be open for long by time I get down there they'll be closed.

I'm already here just waiting for anyone else and it to dry up. It is still sprinkling on and off though so idk what's going on.

Thats was the only issue I had was running on a wet track.

By the looks of the radar well be out of this sprinking crap in 20min or so. Hopefully that means racing in 50-70min

Just heard on tHe loudspeaker racing will commence after the track is dried. Were in a clear spot ATM so no rain and sunny skies.

according to the website, there isnt any racing this fri at richmond dragway.. only vmp

lol really? if you take 460 up, Dinwiddie isnt far....

i don't live on the va beach side of the tunnel, so it would take about an hour just to get to 460 on a friday afternoon
