just curious, is there a particular way in which to store our summer tires. Is it alright to lay the tires flat on the rim? And stack them on top of each other? Or should you stand them on tread and just rotate their position every couple of weeks....

The guys on the subaru site (nasioc.com) suggest stacking them on their side and increasing the air pressure a bit.

put them in garbage bags and if they are being stored on concrete make sure you put wood under them!

stacking on top of eachother is fine...

there is no reason to increase air pressure on them either...

put 0-35 lbs of pressure in them

b/c concrete will obsorb the oil in the tire and cause it to dryrot
