Requesting help - email/post/call Mazda Corp US for live traffic

This is the reply I received from Mazda:

In regards to your inquiry about Live Traffic Updates. I do apologize that the feature is not available on your 2016 Mazda6. Mazda is aware and is working to have this feature integrated on the Mazda vehicles. Mazda does not have an ETA at this time of when the feature will be ready.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may be causing you but do appreciate your suggestion and have forwarded your request to our Product Planning team for further review and evaluation. Your feedback is very important as we are always looking for ways to continually improve our great products and services.
