i took the p5 to a carshow today. it was a all sport compact show with trophies going to the top five cars. well mine got fourth. not too bad i guess. i still think i should have gotten at least second though. oh well, im not complaining, im just glad to get the p5 some attention.

I agree, very nice looking car. But I have to ask...Is there a slight color difference with the front bumper or is it just the picture?

the car that won was a 94 or so prelude, i probably wouldnt have chosen that car to win, but it was nice. the bumper matches the car perfect, i noticed it looked different, almost a brighter red in the picture, i dont know what happened. thanks for all the comments, i really appreciate them.

What kind of suspension & wheel size/offset combo is that? Do they rub at all? I'm looking for the same kind of thing for mine.

the suspension is the skunk2 adjustable coilovers, the wheel size is 18x7.5 and i believe the offset is like a 48?? i know the offset is the wrong one for a lowered car, but i took my chances and lucked out big time. if i have two people get in the back it will rub, but since i dont have my back seats in ever i dont have to worry about that.

Lookin' awesome...how do you find the ride with those coilovers? Other people in here have reported an extremely rough and abusive ride with coilevers, and now I'm scared!

well being i have never had a car with coilovers, and hearing the same stuff that you are hearing before i purchased them, i would have to say the ride is very good. i was very impressed, i expected so much worse than i got. dont get me wrong, it is a little rough, but not at all what i expected. even my dad, who for the most part was very weary of me getting these was suprised by the ride, he actually liked it. and thanks for the compliments from all

well had another show today, this one went, umm, well. there was 60+ cars in attendence. when it came time for the awards it went like this, "and now for the trophies, here are the winners in no paticular order. Car #55. Car #51 and so on." so it was pointless, but yes i did leave with a "top 25" plaque. i guess its better than nothing. maybe ill have another show next saturday too????
