Replacing a Bose drivers side speaker...help

Wifes car needs attention. The drivers side door speaker sounds horrible. I would like to replace with another bose speaker or something comparable. I have been told there is a special connection to the speaker from the system. Thats fine I just would like to know where i can find a speaker (new/used) to replace. I will take to stereo place for install. Any help is appreciated.

Should be covered under your factory warranty.

Nope, the warranty transfers to the new owner.

Incidentally, this thread is in the wrong section. OP is talking about a CX-9.
