Replacement front MP3 sway bar bushings (Polyurethane)

The the bushing brackets aren't attached to that cross member are they? It sure seemed like they weren't but I was getting pretty delirious last night. So just disconnect the exhaust hangers and unbolt that crossmember and the bushings will come down with it?

I haven't done it so I'm not gonna go out on this limb any farther, sorry. lol I was just thinking about what I took out/moved out of the way when I swapped my tranny last spring, and the clearance I noticed on those bushings/brackets.
