Remove Interior Sliding door handle?

Hi all,

I have a 2008 mazda5 (in UK).
It seems to have developed a rattle when driving which seems to be coming from the Sliding door interior handle, as if I put pressure on it whilst driving, the rattle stops.

Any idea how to remove the handle?? I found instructions somewhere but I don't think it was for the right model mazda5.
